I've been the scrawny kid with no confidence. I've battled depression since I was a kid, and anxiety as an adult. I've struggled with my relationship with food. When I was a teenager, I believed I would never be a 'fit' person. I've been far meaner to myself in my own head than anyone else has ever been to me.
